Terms and Conditions

Who may use the apps

• The apps are for the students, parents and staff of Wisdom School, Hisar only.
• An account belongs to one person. Do not share your password or let anyone else sign in as you.
• Tell the school at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the apps only for school purposes.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, abusive or not yours to share.
• Do not attempt to reach another person's record, or to probe, scan or interfere with the service.
• Content a teacher publishes about a student is for that family; do not republish it elsewhere.

Accuracy of records

The school works to keep records accurate, but an entry can be mistaken. If something in a record looks wrong, raise it with the class teacher or the office and the school will check it.

Marks, attendance and remarks shown in the app are the school's working record. Where an official document such as a report card or transfer certificate differs, the official document is the one that counts.

Availability

We try to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a fault outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

Suspension

The school may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when a student or member of staff leaves the school.

Your information

How the school handles personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, and deletion is covered on the Account and Data Deletion page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hisar, Haryana have jurisdiction.
